SC Baroque Festival offers 3 off-season Special Events each year: The Fall Organ Benefit Concert, Music in the Gardens Tour, and the Boomeria (Organ) Extravaganza.
Fall Organ Benefit Concert
Saturday, November 15, 2008 - 7:30pm ~ Holy Cross Church
Ushering in the holiday season, the royal sounds of a brass choir will merge with the stately sonorities of the historic Holy Cross pipe organ in a festive concert planned for Saturday, November 15 at 7:30pm. Performing are Bruce Sawhill and the Santa Cruz Brass Quartet.
All proceeds from this annual organ concert will benefit the Santa Cruz Baroque Festival, a community non-profit arts organization now in its 36th season. Tickets are $20 and available here. (Tickets for youth K-12 may be purchased for $2 at the door only.)

As in previous years, we feature 5 of the area's finest private gardens, with snacks, drinks, and wine at each location. 5 different music groups complement the natural splendor and culinary selections with musical offerings spanning a range of folk and ethnic styles. This event is a fundraiser and proceeds benefit the continued operation of the Baroque Festival's annual concert season. Tickets are $30 ($25 for subscribers) and available through SCBF, the UCSC Ticket Office, the Civic Center Box Office, and various local garden and music stores (TBA on our website).

Boomeria Extravaganza
Saturday, July 11, 2009 - 1 to 5 pm ~ Chapel Royal at Boomeria (Bonny Doon)

Explore the fantastic environs of BOOMERIA, enjoy
delicious snacks & drinks outdoors, and - best of all - hear a selection
of organists play the wonderful pipe organ in the Chapel. The festivities
will begin with cannon thunder and Preston Boomer performing Spanish Battle
Music. Boomeria is located in Bonny Doon and directions will be provided to
ticket holders. Admission: $50. Please note: advance ticket sales only. The
annual Boomeria Organ Concert is a fundraiser for the SC Baroque Festival.
